What we collect and why

• Name: so our counselor can address you.
• WhatsApp number: to call you and message you on WhatsApp about the course you asked about.
• Email (optional): to send you course details, if you share it.
• City and current status: to suggest a suitable batch (classroom or online) and explain the right career path.
• Best time to call: so we call when it suits you.
• On your own device: your browser keeps your name, number and enquiry for 7 days, only so the page can show your thank-you screen again. Clearing your browser data removes it.
• Ad and visit details (which ad or link brought you here): to know which of our ads work. Meta and Google tools on this page may use cookies for this.

Who can see it

The Qualibytes admissions and counseling team, through our internal systems (Qualibytes Hub, and Google Sheets hosted by Google). When you submit the form, a scrambled (hashed) copy of your number and email may be shared with Google and Meta, only to measure which of our ads work. We do not sell your details or share them with other companies for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry while we are helping you choose a course, and for up to 2 years after our last contact. After that we delete it, unless you enrol, in which case your student record is kept as needed for your training and certificate.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent, ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email hi@qualibytes.com, or send "STOP" on WhatsApp to +91 81305 20148. We act on deletion requests within 7 working days.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, write to our Grievance Officer (Qualibytes IT Academy Pvt. Ltd., Noida) at hi@qualibytes.com. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
